1. Who is responsible

We follow Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations. For visitors in the European Union and the UK we also follow the GDPR / UK GDPR.
2. What we collect and why

We never see or store your card or bank details – Tebex and its payment providers handle them. We don’t sell your data and don’t use it for advertising.
3. Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the cart and sign-in working and can’t be switched off. Analytics cookies are only set after you allow them.

Change your choice any time: . Turning analytics off deletes the Google Analytics cookies from this site.
4. Who we share it with
- Tebex Limited (UK) – payments, invoices, VAT and delivery.
- Cfx.re – the licence on your Cfx.re account.
- Discord (USA) – only if you link it, to give you the role.
- Google (USA) – Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics. We don’t use Google advertising features.
- Vercel (USA) – hosts the site.
Some of these providers process data outside Israel. We only use providers that commit to protecting it, such as through standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: as long as Israeli tax and accounting rules require (generally 7 years). Support messages: up to 2 years after the conversation ends. Cookies: as listed above. Technical logs: up to 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you and to correct or delete it. If you are in the EU or UK you can also ask to restrict or object to its use, get a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we’ll answer within 30 days. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can contact the Privacy Protection Authority in Israel, or your local data protection authority in the EU/UK.
7. Security
The site uses HTTPS everywhere, sign-in cookies are signed and can’t be read by scripts, and our keys for Tebex and Discord stay on the server.
8. Children
The store is meant for server owners and developers. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16; if you think a child has given us data, contact us and we’ll delete it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on our Discord.
