1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases on nsstudios.dev (“the site”). The site is run by [Full legal name of the person or company behind NS Studios] ([עוסק מורשה / עוסק פטור / ח.פ. number]), [Postal address in Israel], Israel, trading as NS Studios (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, which sells the scripts to you as reseller and merchant of record. Tebex’s checkout terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment, invoice and any VAT. By buying you agree to these terms and to Tebex’s.

2. What you buy – the licence

Every script (“resource”) is sold as a licence to use it. You do not buy the copyright, which stays with NS Studios.

  • You may run each script on one live FiveM server plus one private test server that you own or manage.
  • You may edit the files we leave open (config, locales, bridges) for your own server.
  • You may not resell, share, leak, re-upload, give away or bundle any script or part of it, edited or not.
  • You may not remove or bypass Cfx.re escrow protection or try to decompile protected files.
  • The licence is tied to the Cfx.re account you sign in with at checkout and can’t be transferred to someone else. If you move your own server to a new Cfx.re account, contact us and we’ll help.

If you break these rules we may revoke the licence without a refund and report the account to Cfx.re. Using a script in a way that breaks Cfx.re’s or Rockstar’s platform rules is your responsibility.

3. Delivery

You must sign in with Cfx.re before paying. After payment, Tebex grants the script to that Cfx.re account and it appears in your Cfx.re portal, usually within a few minutes. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, write to [email protected] or open a ticket on Discord with your Tebex transaction ID.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are set in the store currency and include VAT where Tebex has to charge it. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates based on daily exchange rates; the amount you pay is the one shown at checkout.

5. Refund policy

Under Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the right to cancel a distance purchase does not apply to information as defined in the Computers Law, 5755-1995 – which includes software delivered digitally. Because our scripts are delivered to your Cfx.re account straight away, purchases are final once the script has been delivered, and change of mind is not a reason for a refund.

You do get a full refund when:

  • the script was never delivered to your Cfx.re account and we can’t deliver it;
  • you were charged twice for the same script; or
  • the script doesn’t work as described on its product page on a supported, up-to-date setup, you reported it to us, and we couldn’t fix it within 14 days of your report.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your Tebex transaction ID and what went wrong. Approved refunds are sent back through Tebex to the original payment method; the licence is removed from your Cfx.re account. Opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute without contacting us first counts as a breach of these terms and the licence will be revoked.

Nothing here limits any right you have by law that can’t be waived.

6. Updates and support

Bug fixes and updates are free for the version you bought and are delivered through the Cfx.re portal. Support is given on our Discord and by email to buyers. Support hours are Sunday–Thursday 10:00–22:00 and Friday 10:00–16:00 Israel time, with limited, delayed support on Saturday; the full table is on our support section. We reply within 24 hours. Support covers our scripts working as described; it doesn’t include custom development or fixing third-party resources.

7. Liability

Scripts are provided as described on their product pages. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost income, data loss or downtime caused by other resources, server configuration or changes by Cfx.re or Rockstar. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the script concerned.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one on this page on the day you bought it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
